This department is the council’s internal engine, focusing on two key areas:

Human Resources:

Administration:

  • It coordinates council-wide activities and ensures efficient operations.
  • It manages council assets, including vehicles and equipment.
  • It handles all council meetings, ensuring accurate minutes and timely distribution.
  • It oversees inventory, procurement, and strategic planning.

In short, it’s responsible for both the council’s people and its operational efficiency.
